A 56-year-old man had tissue defect of upper lip after tumor excision. To correct the defect was used  the Submental Flap in combination with the right superiorly based Facial Artery Musculomucosal Flap (FAMM).

A 23-year-old man had got a deep high-voltage electrical burn of right hand. Necrotic tissue were removed and the wound covered by the distally based radial forearm fasciocutaneous flap on the third day after injury.

A 22 year-old man had a wound after traumatic amputation of left hand. The defect was covered with a Distal Ulnar Perforator Flap (Becker flap).

A 34-year-old man had a polytrauma. The deep wound and zone of comminuted fractures of  left upper limb were closed by skin grafting and two flaps. The shoulder wound was covered by the thoracodorsal artery perforator (TDAP) flap. The lower third of forearm and wrist was closed by inguinal flap.

A 35-year-old man with spinal injury had  pressure sore (decubitus) at the  lumbosacral area. Wound defect was closed by SGAP flap.

A 65-year-old woman was admitted to our hospital due to post-trauma wound, ankle was discovered and revealed. 40 years ago in this location patient had got a tumor surgical treatment by the excision and cross plastics. The part of this old flap was lost.  Wound was cover by the distally based superficial sural artery island flap.

A 68 year-old woman had a traumatic injury of the heel after car accident. Wound was cover by the distally based superficial sural artery island flap in combination with skin grafting.

A 30-year-old woman had the deep wound of the right foot after car accident. Wound was cover by the distally based sural artery island flap in combination with skin grafting.

A 39-year-old man had a thermo-mechanical trauma with crush of soft tissues and fractures of the tarsal bones. The defect was closed with two flaps. Medial surface of the foot was closed by the distal based sural flap. Lateral surface of the foot was closed by the lateral supramalleolar flap.
